The 6th Imperial Fleet, comprised of the 6th Group, is assigned to the Corporate Oversector located in the Outer Rim. The fleet serves as the backbone of the Empire's defences of its far-flung sector. The current wing deployments of the 6th Imperial Fleet include the 671st and 672nd Wings.

History

Groups

The 6th Group—nicknamed the Imperial Eagles—is commanded by Rear Admiral Adrian Althalus and his executive officer Captain Dace Rendall. Their motto is “Order through Strength of Arms”.

The 7th Group—nicknamed the Widowmakers, was one of the groups in the 6th Imperial Fleet until the Naval reforms in Year 15.

The 12th Group, now defunct, was one of the groups of the 6th Imperial Fleet in Years 12 and 13.
