Lieutenant Wilhelmy Quel-Sara is a fleet Executive Officer in the Eight Imperial Fleet Imperial Navy. He has held the position of Fleet Chief of Staff (also in the 8th).

Biography

Found by hermits on Tatooine, he had no memory of what had happened to him, his only memory was tied to his nightmares and an Old Republic Naval Cross and Dogtags. After recuperating he was shown the crash site that he was found. It was an ETA-2 that he was piloting. He saved the ship which is currently his hobby to work on repairing. Wilhelmy tried looking for his records by providing his DNA to the local Data center, that was unsuccessful as it seemed his whole record had been deleted. With no memory of Identity, he created a new ID file and attempted to join the GE for which he was barred and confused for an smuggler. Now under Arrest he was freed by an NIO Naval officer and ended up joining the New Imperial Order. There he earned many awards and quickly established a name for himself. After the NIO and GE merged Wilhelmy was promoted to his first Command position of Fleet Chief of Staff, and it was only a couple of months before he was again promoted to Executive Officer of the 8th after demonstrating exceptional competence. He still looks for the truth about his past, however that search is less and less important as he has found the place he belongs and his home at heart in the Galactic Empire.
