The Imperial Centre of Recruitment is affiliated with COMPNOR, its motto "Let the Journey Begin" is accurately fitting, as it truly is the beginning of everyone's Imperial career.

The goals of the ICR:

- Support the Empire's ability to acquire, retain and develop the best talent and skills.
- Determine present and future manpower requirements of the Empire in coordination with planning and job analysis activities.
- Obtain the number and quality of recruits that can be selected in order to help the Empire to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Create a pool of candidates so that the management can select the right candidate for the right job from this pool.
- Attract and encourage more and more candidates to apply to the Empire.
- Increase the pool of candidates at minimum cost.
- Acts as a link between the job and the job seekers.
- Infuse fresh blood at all levels of the Empire.
- Meet the Empire's legal and social obligations regarding the composition of its military, and its workforce.
- Increase the effectiveness of various recruiting techniques.

The Galactic Empire offers numerous positions in the Army including Stormtrooper Platoon Leader and AT-AT Pilot, or positions in the Navy including TIE-Fighter Pilot and Imperial Class Star Destroyer Commander.

What happens after I sign up?

• Firstly upon joining you will receive the finest education in the Galaxy through the well-renowned Imperial Academy, where you will walk in the same halls as many of the Galaxy's greatest heroes as you learn the fundamental skills that you will need before you choose your future career. You will be assigned a personal tutor who will guide you and answer any questions you may have through the beginnings of your Imperial service.
