The Imperial Centre of Recruitment is affiliated with COMPNOR, its motto "Let the Journey Begin" is accurately fitting, as it truly is the beginning of everyone's Imperial career.
The goals of the ICR:
- Support the Empire's ability to acquire, retain and develop the best talent and skills.
- Determine present and future manpower requirements of the Empire in coordination with planning and job analysis activities.
- Obtain the number and quality of recruits that can be selected in order to help the Empire to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Create a pool of candidates so that the management can select the right candidate for the right job from this pool.
- Attract and encourage more and more candidates to apply to the Empire.
- Increase the pool of candidates at minimum cost.
- Acts as a link between the job and the job seekers.
- Infuse fresh blood at all levels of the Empire.
- Meet the Empire's legal and social obligations regarding the composition of its military, and its workforce.
- Increase the effectiveness of various recruiting techniques.

What happens after I sign up?
Upon joining, you will receive the finest education in the Galaxy through the well-renowned Imperial Academy. You will walk in the same halls as many of the Empire's greatest heroes as you learn the fundamental skills that are required for your future career. You will be assigned a personal tutor who will guide you, and answer any questions you may have regarding any aspect of Imperial service.
At the end of your coursework, you will choose between Military service or Civilian Service.
- Military Service gives the choices of either the Imperial Army or the Imperial Navy.
- Civilian service gives the choices of joining either the Regional Government or the Ministry of Industry.
