Lieutenant Tec Vaan is a currently serving officer in the Imperial Navy. Working as Executive Officer of the 5th Imperial Fleet as well as the Second-in-command, 32 (The Royal) Squadron.
He is also the Dean of the Imperial Academy and works part time for the Imperial News Bureau as a junior writer and a recruiter for the Imperial Centre of Recruitment.
