Pre-Imperial History

Born on the world of Eriadu in the Seswenna Sector, Aryn was raised alongside his older brother at his families estate in the Carrion Plateau. From a young age, Aryn and his brother were taken out on the plateau by his father to hunt and learn survival skills, something of a tradition among many of the men in his family. Whereas his brother struggled with many of the lessons, Aryn took to them well, learning everything he could and eventually becoming a rather skilled hunter and survivalist, spending many of his weekends out on the plateau, hunting and camping beneath the stars, away from the servants and luxuries of his families' estate. Eventually, Aryn and his brother left Eriadu, taking up work together as explorers and occasionally bounty hunters. Aryn took to the work, but his brother had still never grown quite accustomed to the dangers, and was eventually killed when a job went wrong on Nar Shaddaa.

Somewhat lost without his brother, Aryn wandered the galaxy for a while, picking up work where he could and trying to keep to himself as much as possible. Eventually, he was hired by a member of the Black Sun, working alongside some Imperials in order to collect a bounty upon a member of the New Republic. The mission was a resounding success, and the Imperials he worked with took an interest in Aryn's abilities, suggesting to him that he might find a place for them in the Empire. After thinking their offer through, Aryn eventually decided it was for the best, and signed up for the Empire.
