Biography

Arthur was easily accepted into Hapan Military School and soon excelled as a scout apprentice at the age of 12 due to his short, athletic build. He soon realised that it's not all glamour and adventure - his days were filled with gruelling physical training, running the obstacle courses, lifting weights, lessons in military history, and still more physical training. His life is made even worse by the fact that three second-year students had chosen Arthur as their victim - they constantly tormented him, making him obey their orders, and they bullied the other students into telling them where Arthur was hiding.

His life was changed one day near his sixteenth birthday when he was suffering his daily beating outside the walls of the campus where he merely lay there eyes shut and hands covering his face...when suddenly they stopped and a yelp was heard from one of the bullies, slowly looking up Arthur spotted a rather short burly man not much older than himself wearing dark blue Travellers clothing after beating the bullies relentlessly Arthur thanked the man , who introduced himself as Alan Smith and said he was passing by on the way to join the Empire... It seemed as though life improved greatly then, no more bullying and threatening he has soon become good friends with the members of his "House". As soon as he had left the Guard School Arthur went on to join the Empire and find Alan...

Early Years

Throughout Arthur's life he enjoyed a sense of simplicity growing up as any normal Hapan child, except for the fact that most of his life he was different as he was genetically altered to have glowing eyes(Known as Project Cole-D-Light, the project aimed to enhance the average Hapans ability to see in Darker areas, the project extends over 4 Generations as the family's lived in Dimly Lit houses in a hope to naturally alter genes.)After attempting to add Computer L.E.D Light( Cybernetics) a faint glow emmited for Arthur's eye at all times, other than the glowing eyes the Project has had Minimal Effects though eye-sight is Slightly improved Like most children Arthur enjoyed playing and mucking around in which he mostly had to do in his enclosed Community- To BE EDIT - Continued W.I.P
