Alistair Pellew is a 25 year old Human male, currently employed within the Ministry of Industry.

Description

Alistair is aged 25, standing tall at 6 feet 1 inch with a weight of 195 pounds.
It has been said his dull blue eyes, search for the longing of service.
His chestnut hair, is neatly cut, but still allowing for some style.
He is Caucasian, however, his time spent on Metellos has tanned him slightly.

Childhood

Fringes of Poverty

Alistair was born on Year -9 Day 60 on the planet of Metellos in the Metellos system of the Coruscant Sector. He was the second child of James and Jane Pellew, brother to Warren Pellew. At the age of 6, Alistair became victim to a violent terrorist attack by Republic sympathisers. The explosion killed Alistair's father, James and injured Alistair in the blast. Alistair was rushed to hospital and life saving surgery was conducted upon him to remove fragment of the explosion which had been projected into his body. This has left his body with a scar running diagonally from his right hip up to the top of his right rib cage. Alistair's father, James worked as a factory laborer, and this hard grit is what fueled the family's upkeep. Without this income, the family was left on the fringes of poverty.

Jr. Superintendent Warren Pellew

Warren, now the dominant male of the family, aged just 18 was required to support the family. Without the desire for hard labor, unlike his father, Metellos offered almost nothing to him. He visited the Imperial Recruitment Office, and so began his career in the Galactic Empire. Warren, having completed his Imperial Basic Training, was now a Junior Superintendent of the Regional Government. Fortunately, he was assigned to the government offices on Metellos, meaning he was able to remain close to his family. Additionally, he now had a salary, a glimmer of hope for his brother and mother. Warren, with his salary was able to support the rest of his family.

The Sub-Adult Group

On the Year 4, Day 65, Alistair was now 13. It had already been decided that Alistair would follow his brother into Imperial service, which branch, was still undecided. Alistair always had a longing for the stars and so thought that the Navy was a distinct possibility. Or, perhaps he would follow his father into Industry. Still, he had time before he had to decide.
Because of the decision to join the Empire, it was inevitable that the Sub-Adult Group would become an option for Alistair. It seemed a no-brainer, able to begin his dedication to the Empire, enjoy himself and meet new friends.

Change

So, when it came to Alistair's 18th birthday, surely it was time for him to join the Empire? To take up his place like his brother.
Things were not so clear for Alistair any more. Because of his basic combat experience gained during his time in the SAG, it is something he had come to love. However, it was clear the Imperial Army was not for Alistair. So, he gave up on the idea of Imperial Service, and instead used what remained of the fund his brother had set up for him, he brought himself a Bowcaster, a YT-1300, some basic kit and a couple of mercenaries to assist him in his coming ventures. It was clear there was a number of options available to Alistair, but he had heard so many good things about Derra, and so... that is where he went.

Previous Work

Derra

Alistair, all alone at this stage had decided to travel to Derra to get some field experience. Armed with his Bowcaster, and his squad, he partook in the combat upon Derra, as an individual he excelled. Taking upon squads of hostile groups, mad groups of savage beasts and surviving off the environment itself. It was on Derra that Alistair fully learned of himself. To understand how to take charge, to lead and to be rewarded with such great results.
However, his friends he had come to love were dying on Derra. He had been on the planet for far too long, almost 6 years, operating in such a harsh environment had given him vital experience, but had caused him to become colder to others. It was decided for them to split ways. To go off on their separate paths, with Alistair's hope of never seeing them again.
It was time, to join the Empire.

The Galactic Empire

Recruitment

Alistair was aware of the Empire's training ground on Prakith, and so set it to be his destination. He arrived on the planet, and leaving his combat experience on his ship, he set out for the Imperial Center of Recruitment. After a short assessment, and filling out the required forms, Alistair was made a Recruit of the Galactic Empire. His service, had begun.

Training

His time on Prakith was not easy. His assigned Training Officer was a stern member of the Ministry of Industry, Walter Watts. He made it not easy time for Alistair, but pushed him in all aspects of the course. Walter, had continually caused Alistair to excel in his studies. Perhaps, this was the reason that Alistair was able to graduate with Honours. Yet, the Academy was not all about examinations. There was practicals involved too, something Alistair came to do even better in that his exams. His time spent gaining experience, he found vital to this stage of the course. Being able to maneuver his assigned ship as expected, conduct the jumps as needed was easy for him, for it is something he had been doing for the last 6 years.
So, when it came time for Alistair to decide on a branch, he found it excruciatingly difficult. He longed for additional combat in the field, but desired for more practice in his ships. Yet, he also wanted to continue his father's work. And this, this was his strongest desire. To continue the work of his father, in an albeit sidelined manner.
Alistair graduated into the Ministry of Industry. He was awarded his Imperial Academy Basic Graduates award with Honours, and was promoted to the rank of Junior Workman. A role, he continues in today.
