A disgraced ex-Sith Lord, and an enemy of the Galactic Empire. He once commanded Kuat Drive Yards, and after defecting from the Empire, formed the renegade organization known as "The Mercenary Guild". Reputedly has an Imperial Star Destroyer in his possession, serving as the flagship of his personal rag-tag fleet.
