History

"If you think it's a pleasure to meet Lilith, you clearly haven't actually met her."
— Amne Zailyn

Lilith, the second of five Kiffar children, was born in the late spring of the Year -11. Lilith left Kiffex at age 16, "saw the galaxy" and took odd jobs for two years, and at 18, started doing security work - most folks thought it was all a Kiffar was good for anyway.

Lilith worked in and around Ketaris primarily during her time in security, and while working in a small group under Magnus Plaga and Ayame Aevum, Lilith learned much about herself, as well as the galaxy. She learned that non-Kiffar/Humanoids weren't worth her time and effort, she learned that she was excellent at "winging it" and she saw half of the galaxy while doing various odd jobs.

That held her okay for several years, but she wanted more stable work, and at the age of 22, Lilith decided to use her piloting skills to join the Imperial Navy.

The Catra Incident

On Lilith's twenty third birthday, she invited a small group of friends - fellow Imperial pilots mostly - to have a drink or two at an upscale tavern on Coruscant. A drink or two turned into five or six, which turned into more... And before they knew it, the group was getting loud and rowdy. Another group of rowdy drinkers started mingling with the Sarka party, and one thing lead to another and... well... let's just say that words and fists were shared.

Nobody was killed in the fight, of course, but several beings were sent to the hospital for stitches and broken bones. Lilith herself got away with nothing but a few bruises, but when all was set and done, the Imperials who had been in the bar with her all had to spend a few nights in the brig afterwards. Lilith's injuries, as already mentioned, were not even remotely severe, however, the political fallout was immense. It turned out two of the beings caught in the brawl had been high level members of a well known organization called Black Sun. Those two beings were Cait and Katarina Catra.

Lilith's friends were all okay, but the Catra sisters were out for blood, and over the next several weeks, diplomats of both organizations did everything they could to keep the peace, while news services ran stories with titles like "IMPERIAL SOLDIERS START WAR IN DOWNTOWN DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT" and "BLACK SUN OUT FOR BLOOD! AN END TO THE NON AGGRESSION PACT?"

Lilith even received a few unsigned death threats around that time, and began watching her back and hired a small detachment of personal guards to attend to her whenever she was off of the base. It took about a month for the incident to finally begin to subside and the reporters to get board, and the Powers That Be decided that in order to finish off the last few rumors and bad blood, Lilith was to be transferred to a different post. She remained there for a few more days, and then headed out for her new (as of yet undisclosed) location.

The Revolt

Some time later, political upheaval came to Kiffex, in the form of a series of deaths within the great Clan Skorzeka. Clan Sarka had been an ourvir under Clan Skorzeka for centuries, and was none to happy about it. So when Drexel Skorzeka was killed, the elders of Clan Sarka decided that it was time to take arms and release themselves from their sworn service to Skorzeka. Lilith did not once step on the surface of Kiffex during the fighting, but chose to instead use her credits and influence to supply the Sarka fighters with weapons and supplies. The fighting was both short, and fierce. A mere eight days after the death of Drexel Skorzeka, Clan Sarka had successfully rebelled.

The great migration began the same day. Free from the eye of Clan Skorzeka, Clan Sarka was no longer beholden to them, but would still need their own lands if they were to succeed. A decision was made - they would return to the island that the clan had called home 400 years prior, when Clan Skorzeka had forced them into service.
