Bill Maxwell is the Moff of the Deep Core Sector, making him a member of Imperial High Command.

Childhood

Bill grew up on Rodia far from his home planet and extended family. He was originally from a planet close to the core which he has very little memory of. His most outstanding memories are of the small beaches on the northern continent with his cousins every summer.

He had moved to Rodia at an early age because of the infighting between the planets two major political parties, weather or not to stay safe and side with the Empire or fight and give aid with the newly formed Rebel Alliance.

His family being neutral in this civil war was forced off world as with many other peace sympathizer groups. After bargaining with a few transport companies they decided to try Rodia. A few other families put their credits together for the trip and some left over to build homes for themselves in one of the central provinces.They thought its domed cities would be a good place to ride out the oncoming war.

Bill had grown many years there and finally decided to go to the a university on Rodia, which made his family very proud. He made a few good friends in that time. Sadly the day came when his family was wanting to go back the their home world after the riots and movements had stopped and most were welcomed back.

They were getting on in age and wanted to be with the rest of their family despite the side their government took. Bill had chosen to stay and finish school. He came out an accomplished pilot. While the civil war raged all around he made a few credits doing odd jobs transporting materials between worlds.
